As a keen fisherman from the Scottish Borders, I love to get out for an afternoon on the River Tweed or one of its tributaries. Although I must declare that I am much more an enthusiastic amateur than an expert fisher!
However away from the riverbank, and back to the day job, I do have many years of experience of working with the seafood and fishing industry as a specialist print supplier.
I am proud to be a member of the Scottish Seafood Association, the national body which represents the whole of Scotland’s seafood, processing and trading sectors. Indeed, almost half of the 12,000 jobs supported by the UK processing sector are based in Scotland, with 3800 in Grampian alone.
Scotland has a global reputation for the quality and range of its seafood and is recognised as being among the world’s leading suppliers and processors of quality seafood products to regional, national and global markets.
In the last 25 years I have had the privilege of working with many of these leading fishing industry suppliers. From Buckie to Berwickshire/Peterhead to Eyemouth, Paper Chain has delivered specialist print requirements to the Scottish Seafood industry.
This has ranged from commercial print requirements including invoices and transactional documents, to statements, purchase orders, delivery notes and 3-part Landing Sheet Books. We are also a trusted supplier of specialist labels and packaging for the fishing industry, not forgetting marketing and sales literature including flyers and brochures.
But whatever the print requirement, my clients know that I will source and deliver a print solution, and price, that works for them and their business. Through a winning combination of specialist industry experience, attention to detail and quality, I am known in the industry for delivering first class printed materials, safe in the knowledge that I will personally manage the work from start to finish.
Whether its labels for langoustines or packaging for plaice, I have been delivering print solutions to more than 200 clients for the last 25 years. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to have a chat about your print requirements with me.
